"Having The Carter Leadership Collaborative lead our staff retreat was the best change management decisions we made. The facilitators - led by Sheryl - were incredibly sharp and warm and welcoming to our team. I already knew of Sheryl's exceptional reputation and had previously witnessed her in action as she Co-Chaired Yale University's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee whose work spanned the globe.
